When plans change.
Please give two days of notice when you need to cancel. The details below apply separately to studio appointments and overnight stays.

Spa cancellation terms
Please give at least 48 hours (two days) of notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours of notice, a 50% deposit will be required the next time you book.
Notice period. The deadline is exactly 48 hours before the scheduled appointment start, using the local time at La Fuente in Saskatchewan (America/Regina). A cancellation received exactly 48 hours beforehand meets the requested notice period.
Late cancellations and your next booking. If you cancel inside that 48-hour window, your next spa booking will require a deposit equal to 50% of the agreed service price. This is a deposit toward that next appointment, not an additional fee for the cancelled appointment. The deposit is credited toward the next appointment’s total.
Before you pay. Alisa will confirm the service price, deposit amount, payment deadline, and any refund or transfer conditions before you pay. These terms do not describe the deposit as automatically non-refundable or authorize an automatic card charge.
Changing a booking. Contact Alisa as early as possible to request a different appointment. A replacement date is subject to availability and is not confirmed until Alisa agrees to it.
How notice is recorded. Send your name, booking date and a clear cancellation request by email or text. Notice is measured from when the message reaches the business, not from when Alisa replies. If you call, please follow up in writing so there is a record. Ask for confirmation if you have not heard back.

B&B cancellation terms
Please give at least 48 hours (two days) of notice before your confirmed check-in time if you need to cancel your B&B stay.
Notice period. The deadline is exactly 48 hours before your confirmed check-in time, using the local time at La Fuente in Saskatchewan (America/Regina). A cancellation received exactly 48 hours beforehand meets the requested notice period.
If your plans change at short notice. Contact Alisa as soon as possible so she can release the room. This notice policy does not itself impose a late-cancellation charge or set a deposit forfeiture amount. Any payment or refund conditions must be disclosed and agreed for your booking.
Airbnb reservations. If you booked through Airbnb, use Airbnb to cancel or change the reservation. The cancellation and refund policy shown on your Airbnb reservation governs that platform booking; this website does not replace it.

These terms explain the cancellation rules above. They do not create additional no-show, early-departure, standalone sauna or hot-tub, or event cancellation fees. Any separate terms must be supplied before the relevant booking. Updates apply to future bookings; they do not retroactively change terms already agreed. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
